Are you a manufacturer?
No. Elektro Harz is an independent distributor with an international sourcing network. We are not an authorised dealer of the manufacturers.
Are these genuine products?
Yes. We supply genuine products from the manufacturers exclusively. We do not carry copies or no-name goods.
Which manufacturers do you source?
Components from all common manufacturers, including ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Eaton and Phoenix Contact. If a brand is missing, simply ask.
Can I check availability myself?
Yes. In the B2B portal you enter the manufacturer part number (MPN) and see the current availability. Whatever is not listed there, we source on request.
What if my part is currently unavailable?
We check several sources at the same time and in many cases find a short-term alternative.
Do you also source discontinued or hard-to-find parts?
Yes. Through our network we also source discontinued and hard-to-find components.
Do I have to register to make an inquiry?
Not for an inquiry. For availability checks in the B2B portal and ongoing orders, we set up an access for you.
How fast is delivery?
Stock items are dispatched at short notice. For sourcing through the network, we state the delivery time directly in the quote.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is EUR 2,500 net per order. Orders below that can be processed by arrangement against a small-quantity surcharge, the amount of which is stated in the respective quote.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
Is there a warranty on the parts?
Yes. The warranty applies according to our terms and conditions. For genuine products, the manufacturer warranty usually applies in addition. For stock goods, the conditions agreed in our terms and conditions apply.
Which payment terms apply?
We agree payment terms individually.
How long is a quote valid?
The validity is stated in the respective quote, usually 5 days. As prices in the component trade can change at short notice, they apply only within this period.
Do you deliver as an intra-community supply?
Within the EU we deliver to business customers with a valid VAT ID as a tax-free intra-community supply.
